Hibana Japanese teaches Japanese in group and private classes. We built an online learning platform that brings materials, schedules, exams, grades, and report cards together for students, teachers, and admins.

The problem
As students, teachers, and groups grew, running classes through chats and separate files got harder to keep track of. Hibana needed one source everyone shares: students learn through the same flow, teachers focus on teaching, and admins see everything from one place.
What we built
Group and private classes
One set of materials per level serves many classes, each with its own teacher, schedule, and deadlines.
Exercises, mock tests, and JLPT simulations
Graded automatically. Strict exam mode ends the test the moment a student leaves the screen.
Kanji and vocabulary flashcards
Official cards for every lesson, plus cards students make themselves.
Progress and report cards
Every student's grades and progress are kept per class, and report cards publish on schedule.
Hibana AI
A Japanese tutor in the corner of the screen, plus progress summaries for teachers.
